1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the digital storefront and website of Glitchframe Studio (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing our site, registering an account, purchasing digital downloads, licensing software, or ordering physical merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bern, Switzerland. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website, storefront, and services.

2. Store Transactions & Payment

We offer multiple categories of products. Transactions are securely completed through certified payment gateways:

• Physical Merchandise: Managed via Stripe Checkout. Payment is collected securely, and details are processed for shipping.
• Digital Assets & Software Licensing: Processed natively via Stripe Checkout or our Lemon Squeezy merchant overlay.

You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and account details. All pricing is displayed in USD/CHF and is subject to change without notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products, our refund rules are separated by category:

• Digital Downloads & Presets: All sales of digital libraries, presets, source codes, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once delivery links are processed or files are accessed.
• Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand): Merch items are printed custom on-demand via our print provider (Printful). We can only offer exchanges or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to submit a claim.

4. Software License & Usage

Any software products sold or distributed via Glitchframe Studio (e.g., desktop applications, code scripts, or subscription plugins) are licensed, not sold.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell GFS software libraries or build competing systems using GFS source code.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Glitchframe Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or system downtime) arising out of the use of our services, physical garments, or digital templates.
